Upon receiving your enquiry we will make an appointment to come and see
you. We promise to turn up on time or at least give you a call to let you know
we are running a few minutes late.We will give you a written quote that is clear
and simple to understand. There will be no hidden extras, such as VAT or
deliveries or surcharges. What we quote is what you pay, unless you have
asked for extra work of course.
When the work is complete, you will receive an invoice through the post. "We don't
believe in harassing customers straight away". We will also send you a customer
questionnaire. We value your custom and would appreciate honest feedback as "we believe there is always room for improvement." For your peace of mind, and as part of our commitment to customer satisfaction, we offer this guarantee.
